Making just the background wrap?

how do i make just the background image wrap, so that the camera can move around and nothing but the background will wrap. Tile mode. i don't want the background to follow you. i just want the background to wrap tile mode, so that i can just place the background once instead of placing it every where. Thanks

Use layers, put the bg on a new layer and make it un scrollable.
