I just hit 50 downloads of my latest game: City Destroy! All I have to say is thank you so much for buying my game and helping support my college payment! I hope you enjoy the game as much as I did making it. Lastly I just want to say this:
@Chakku Yup... All paid. Every bit counts but really this is the biggest ammount of downloads I have gotten yet. At least in the the shortest ammount of time.
@Utveckla_Games Yep, it's a start. Remember though, you still need to make 100 more paid downloads to make back the $100 dev fee, and make true profit.
@Chakku *Face Palm* #-o Sorry really tired tonight. Also could you message me some specifics so that I may attempt to fix them? EDIT: One reason I asked was because I know that Meteor Man was a wreck. It was not very good.
@Utveckla_Games My tip for you would be to search Google for some nice sites/blogs/people that give away free art assets; it would make your apps perform much better than they are now. What I mean to say is that your game engines are good, but it's just the art (and possibly the UI) that is in need of revamping.
If you can do this, than you just might be able to make a dent on those college fees

Were those paid downloads...either way, I can't see $50 affecting your college fees )
Well, I suppose every bit counts

Nope, you need to do the math before you make money!
You only get 0.7 per download.
150*0.7=$105 (approx. $100)
Anything above the 150 mark is profit, and NOT anything above the 100 mark, a common misconception!

I think he was looking to pay the tuition, not the food

Congrats on the sales! Keep on marketing it and it can grow I'm sure!
I downloaded your app and... X_X
I'm not going to get into specifics, but no offense, your graphics really need changing. Also, the gameplay gets glitched after a while

Hmmm, now the thread is titled "Thanks For 50 Downloads on City Destroy!", so I wonder...
