I will be very concerned about when in-app billing of google play is either release.

I am supposed to use the in-app billing a lot of our game.

For this reason, it is not a release to android.

I need your help please.

Providing in-app purchase support for Android is an important priority for us. I can't tell you when it'll be ready yet because I don't know. But, we're definitely going to do it in a coming build.
