What does the gamesalad startup ad look like?

I was ready to put a game to the app store, but since I have a free gamesalad account it said that I have to have a startup ad for gamesalad.
what dies the startup gamesalad ad look like????

    I believe its the one from play haven?
    If it is, it's simply an "ad" that pops up encouraging user's to download a free game.
