strange gravity on vehicle

so I have a small vehicle. when it hits a bump on the road it flips on its back and for some reason i can then drive it into the sky.
I have accelerate behaviour on the vehicle for gravity?
I have added a pic but couldn't get a screen capture of it in the air however it goes straight up when I push the forward button but falls when I let go

It is just a test game for practicing so don't laugh.

You need to post your rules instead. But try to change your acceleration according to scene instead of actor - this will keep the acceleration down no matter the orientation of your actor

Nope changed that to scene and the vehicle still drives up into the air.

Of the rules we can see it all looks good.

Yep as @socks says, all looks good. You can adjust your 'accelerate down' to a higher acceleration if you want...play around with 'acceleration' and 'move to speed' to see different results.
