Previewing on Android and Publishing error for Windows Creator

So I pretty much jumped onto this and got the pro version with a game in mind and now running into all these limitations is making it difficult to make my game.... first of all i don't have a mac, I'm using the windows creator and I expected limitations to be on this version for ios (like publishing and testing) but not for android...Is there no way to test in android (without having to publish) in the WINDOWS creator? I see instructions on getting a preview on android button to appear when you connect an android device with the game salad viewer apk but im guessing that is for the mac version of gamesalad only? I'm logged into the pro version so I don't know what else I could do...
So I just said whatever ill just publish it and load the apk onto the device, its a longer process but I can still test it....nope, when I click publish it starts to upload and it looks like its hanging for a while then an error comes up

Whats going on?
