Need Pro version

A few days ago, I paid for Gamesalad Pro.
However, still it isn't reflected, I can't download the Pro version.
I also haven't received any e-mails.

After that, I asked for the official support, but it also has no reply.
Once I wrote it in English, and once in Japanese.
Though I know there are few staffs in the company, I really can't wait. It is too late.
Could you tell me how can I solve this problem?

    Download a Pro version? You don't have to download anything else.
    Once you have purchased pro, log in to your GameSalad creator and the Pro options will show up in the library of the creator (if your Pro-transaction is set up properly). If the Pro tab is not available, hit up support or SaladStraightShooter like beefy_clyro said.

    @SaladStraightShooter - I renewed my Pro membership yesterday and it hasn't shown up either. How long does it take to process?

    @SaladStraightShooter - yeah, i've been on and off all day - and just tried again now but still no Pro behaviours listed. Amazon servers?

    Well...
    I tried to log in with my Gamesalad, but there was still "Go PRO".

    Still no Pro for me either.
    Very annoying as I'm sitting here with games ready to publish to Android.

    @Digichain - I can see Pro mark next to your name, Unfortunately I can't see it next to my name :((

    @Team_Kazamidori - the Pro badge is something that you can request be added on the forum once you go Pro, but it doesn't appear automatically (at least it didn't in the past).

    Mine's still there from when I was Pro previously. Unfortunately it doesn't mean my account is Pro yet. Have you contacted support? How long ago did you pay up?

    @Digichain - I paid it up on April 11th. Did I use my wrong account for payment?

    Hmm.. that's a bit worrying.
    Do you have more than one Gamesalad login account? If not then you couldn't have used a wrong account.
    Login and open a project, then double check that you have no Pro behaviours tab (as shown in RP's image above). If you don't then you need to contact customer support. You should have had an email to confirm payment.

    Had the same issue on a weekend earlier this month. Sent an email to pro at gamesalad point com and got a prompt and personalized reply first thing on Monday morning. Try that.

    @kolabo - How can I do that? Do you mean Premium Customer Support? Am I allowed to contact through this system while I am still not recognized as a Pro member?
