My profile isn't working?

Hi, i just created an account here on gamesalad and my account is not working. i can't edit or view my account. i have already verified the password, but nothing seems to be working. I clicked the broken link button.

    I think I know what happened. If your user name has a space then there is your problem. What you can do is lets say your username is "app king" you can change your username to "app_king". If you can't change your username by yourself I would suggest going to HELP, SUPPORT, REQUEST STANDARD HELP. and tell them your problem and I think they can fix it. But I'm pretty sure you can do it by your self.(this happened to me also)
