Disappearing help...

in Working with GS (Mac)
ok ill try make this sound as simple as possible i have a ball and i have a block when this ball bounces on this block i want the block to disappear for 3 seconds then the ball can fall through it but then i want the block to re-appear what is the best most simple code for this ?

    You can move the block off screen when the ball collides with it. Just change the X/Y values to -100 and then back again to their original position after 3 seconds.
