Possibilities with Game Salad

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to create a directory for places like yellopages with game salad? I want it to list places and some other features.
If anyone can get back at me i'd thank you a bunch. I am a new creator just downloaded this yesterday so I have high hopes with this platform!

Hmm... Well, in theory yes (sort of). In practice I would say no. The reason why is because GameSalad cannot access databases of any kind. That would make it so that every time you add a new place or directory you would have to submit an app update... That would probably get annoying quickly for you and the user. In theory you could because there are ways to display text, make slidable menus and good user interfaces, and have a good experience.

I agree with @Utveckla_Games, it's possible with Gamesalad, but for the most flexibility in adding new listings and keeping them up-to-date I don't think Gamesalad is your best choice for that kind of app.
