Has anyone ever had this error message on the App Store?
ix.ApplicationNotCompatible.SoftwareUpdateDescription

What is it? How avoid it? or fix it?

When did you get this message? Uploading to the application loader? Searching the App Store? iTunes connect? It will be more helpful if you explain how this error message came about.

Going off the error message I would make sure Xcode, application loader are up to date. Then try what you did again.

It happened when I touch the icon buy/download an app.
So you can't download the app.
But I've found an answer: my iDevice was v. 6.0.1, I upgraded it to the latest version (6.1.3). and no more troubles!
So I think that the good way is to put a warn in the head line of our app description...
Because there is no way to know if some customers encounter this issue.
It seems that the problem come from Apple.

Cool glad you figured it out.

But in the future if you have a question that's unrelated to gamesalad, you might not want to post the question in working with gamesalad catagory. Because people are going to assume like I did, that you meant you got that error with something relating to gamesalad.

Yeah sorry, the most of the time I never write any thing in any forum so I don't know the rules.
But I will take care about it next time.
