Would Apple Allow Us To Use Their iPhone Sounds?

Okay so long story short, I cracked the password on Apple's ipsw (iPhone SoftWare) update (6.0.1) and I was able to get all of the default wallpapers, iPhone sounds and I actually got the old Youtube App off of the 5.0.1 update. (Almost got it to work on my iPhone) I was wondering, could I use these sounds in my app or would I get my face sued off by them?

    Doesn't doing that in its self sound kind of against apples terms? I highly doubt you can use them in your app...

    @JarrenH I figured but I wasn't sure because I've seen other apps use their sounds.
