really strange music glitch please help!! freaking out :(

hello all i hope you're doing well im having a strange music glitch where when the game is played all the sound works beginning from level one but shortly after when my game switches to level 2 you cannot hear certain sound fx for instance the sound it makes when running on the ground also the sound my actor makes when hes jumping. it seems to happen when my game switches from level to the other... because i can start the game in the middle of the level and right after it tranistions to the next level the sounds wont work?

has anybody had something similar happen to them.
