Have you every used your test account to purchase a regular app. Not a sandbox app? I believe if you use your test account to purchase a app then you have to create a new test account. Or you can create a different test account.

Because it shouldn't ask for your credit card info for a test account.

hi, no never buy anything with that, in the past it just to ask me the same and i just clicked on cancel and it will work on iap. anyway so if i create a new test account, do i log in first to itunes and then i click on the iap, or do i click on the iap and i wait for it to ask me to log in?

First you go into iTunes connect and create a sandbox account which is different from a regular account. Then go into your device and sign out of you real iTunes account and log into the sandbox account.

I was assuming your email mentioned above was a sandbox account. Follow what @fryingbaconstudios said and you should be on your way.

Yes it's the same thing, I would just create another test user and see if that works. I'm pretty sure it will. Good luck

thanks just one more thing, does the other error means that my table ID is not matching the ID on itunes connect?
"in-app purchase error ,product identifier was not recognized:" money_1000

in itunes connect the ID is money_1000 and on my table the text attribute is money_1000

thanks braydon, i already watch those and tshirtbooth videos too, thats how i learned how to do it in my first game, for the second game was easy i already know the steps without watching the videos, thats why i dont understand what i am doing wrong. i deleted my 3 consumable iap and created 3 new ones, for example my id in itunes is cashof1000 and in my table is cashof1000, is the same, and in the ipad viewer it does work, i do get my money increased, but in the adhoc file i keep getting that error. do i need .10.3 version to upload a game and the iap to work?

Hi,yes i create a new yahoo mail account first, then i went to iTunes connect and click on test user and i add this account, if i go to my ipad settings and click log in, i get the same message, " this apple id has not yet been used in the iTunes store." if i click "review" it will ask me for my credit card, but i read that i should not log in here in the settings, i need to go first to my app and click on the iap and that will ask me to log in with my test account but is not, i just get the error of "in-app purchase error ,product identifier was not recognized:" money_1000

I think they send that email a verification email, that you have to verify first before you can use it. Check your email and see if there are any emails from apple. It's been awhile since I've made a test user so I can't remember.

yeah already done that, i think the problem is that maybe not having the last updates is making this errors, i need some one to confirm me that i have to update, i dont do it because on .10.1 everything works ok for me and i see a lot people complaining on .10.3.
    my gs version is .10.1
my xcode version is 4.5.2 (latest on itunes is 4.6.2
    ipad 6.0.1 (do i need 6.0.3?
but my last games was uploaded with all this and everything was working.

Well not to many people are going to be able to verify those specific specs combined that you posted. But gs 10.1 should be fine. But as far as your apple products go you should always update them before testing and submitting.

Okay so here is the thing with iTunes sandbox accounts for testing. You need to make a new testing account in iTunes connect. This account can not ever have been activated or entered into anything that uses an apple ID. In fact once this account is ever entered it becomes void even if you never bought anything or entered any credit card info. So when you use this account just sign out of your account on your device and DO NOT SIGN BACK IN. When you test the IAP it will ask you to sign in and it will show it as sandbox sign in with your test account.
