The answer your looking for is no, im not really sure what apple hosting files is but here goes, please someone correct me if im wrong choosing yes means you would like like apple to host your files, you would use this if you we're making an app with IAP like say a movie, then you could get apple to host the movie for you instead of adding it to your app thus making your app file size significantly smaller. At least that's what I think it is
