Help with Text.

Hi, I've just started GameSalad, and I think it's going to be amazing, once I get to be able to display text. I'm not in the pro version. I have put in the Display Text behavior, and wrote words, but it won't show up. Can someone help me?

    You don't need pro to display text, just make sure that your actor with the display text behaviour is large enough to fit the text on, and make sure that you haven't left it as white text on a white actor or you won't see the text when it's showing.

    edit: If you haven't already, check out the cookbook section of this website and you'll get to grips with the basics pretty quickly.

    Have you dragged the actor containing the display text behaviour into your scene ?
