Move? Animate? Shrink?

So, I want to, when you flick the screen, make it look like a newspaper being thrown onto a doorstep. Do I use Move? Shrink? Animate? What do I use to make this work.

It depends...
Wil you throw it on the door step because it's what the game is about oe just because it's a part of a "trailer" (or something like that)
Which view' top,down, side etc

What's paperboy? I know what a paperboy is though. I'm making a game for an English project that has to do with an essay I wrote. Yes it has a paperboy in it.
