Cool iPhone Trick (CDMA and GSM Field Test app)
Okay, so I was messing around on the iPhone dev wiki and came across a really cool thing on the iPhone 3, 4 and 5. Here is what to do (I promise this isn't fake):
Go into your phone app and call this number: *3001#12345#*
(You MUST type it. No copy and paste. Sorry!)
It will take you to the Field Test app (a hidden Apple app).
From here you can change how your signal bar looks.
Here is how to change your signal bars:
1. Hold down the lock button till it show the power off slider. DO NOT POWER OFF!
2. Hold down the home button till it closes the app
3. Tada! You have a more accurate signal bar! The higher the number the lower the signal.
What's that? You want to revert it? Alright, do the following:
1. Go back into the Field Test app.
2. Press the home button.
3. It should be back to normal.

I already asked when I was purchasing a new Apple Desktop and they told me 80 bucks since my warranty was up on my phone
Any other options? I really want this button fixed.
Try again, keep trying. Some are just having a bad day, and others have a mean character. There are some really nice Apple Geniuses though, keep trying until you get one of them. I've gotten a free iPad Smart Cover (when my old one ripped) and a free MacBook Pro charger (when I accidentally ripped my old one a bit and it wouldn't charge at certain angles).
