Spawn into Different Layer

If I spawn an actor from a scrollable layer, how do I get the spawned actor into a different (non-scrollable) layer?

Yep, that solution is the your only bet. I believe @CodeMonkey told us that they weren't planning on adding it, because they'd have to have to recode a lot of the spawning and layers code.
