Windows creator export

in Working with GS (Mac)
Hello, everyone I am using windows creator (no pro) and I have some problem about exporting the game. When I followed cookbook and publish, an error occurred and it say"An error was encountered when announcing upload: 417 Expectation failed"
How can I solve the problem and export the game successfully? thank you.
