Multi sceen Menu help need PLEASE

Hi everybody, I have watched this tutorial Multi sceen Menus part1: 
Everything is clear, I understood. but I didn't understand one thing. in the tutorial he shows us size as W=480x2=960, H=320.
I did everything how he shows, my demo project worked. But I have tested it with another project, there is W=568x2=1136, but my H=320x2=640, here is not works this tutorial. Why if I resize my Height it won't works? Please can someone explain me. Is there any way to do it without checking Wrap X and Wrap Y in Scene attributes because in my project I have to throw the item. if I check Wrap X and Y than thrower item comes back. Thanks a lot!
