Preview Screen Problem

in Working with GS (Mac)
i know i have already opened a discussion like this but i have still not fixed the problem

i completely uninstalled game salad then re-installed it but its still happening here is a video of my problem

Sorry to be a problem , its just hard to test my game on that preview screen

    Bump , i have put a have contacted support but they havnt got back to me , it has been about 5 days

    I believe they don't respond with bug issues, they just figure then out and fix it. You probably won't hear back.

    But im the only person who has got the problem so how will they fix my problem ?

    Haha , its just anoying how i cant find a fix , and i didnt even do anything to make it happen ; so i cant go back and change what i did cause i didnt do anything lol

    What exactly is the problem? A video without any audio commentary and a forum thread without a description leaves us guessing...

    sorry bro , if you look at the video , when i click preview it dont fill the screen here is a print screen to show you what i mean

    So it seems like it's just a visual glitch then, it looks like you can still test the game, it's just located at the top left of the window. Still frustrating when something isn't right obviously but at least it isn't a game breaker.

    Its just realy annoying , so i was hoping to fix it

    I get that but at least if it's only a cosmetic problem then it won't stop you from working on your game, and hopefully it'll be fixed in a future update, if they find the cause of the problem. But if it's only your system there's a good chance it's a conflict with something else you have installed.

    @Jordeyy talked to customer support we got your ticket but we are unable to reproduce this issue. What version of windows (including region/language settings) are you running? If any one else in the community has had this issue let us know.

    found a fix :)

    for some reason when i hat my screen on 125% (medium) instead of 100%(small) it made it bug out
