We have a handfull of tutorials over at IndieGameDesigner.com but we're planning to launch a lot more soon so I'll post them here as they launch.
Tutorials will be in Illustrator, Photoshop, InkScape & Gimp.

This is more of a guide/reference than a tutorial. It shows the various effects of the different blending modes in graphics programs. If you've ever come across the words 'Overlay' & 'Multiply' before and scratched your head - now you have a visual guide to show you what they do!

This tutorial is done in Photoshop but you can easily follow along using Gimp. The general idea is to use texture photos to add...well...texture to your vectors!

Is everyone managing to follow them OK? Does anyone have any requests?
I can't take requests for the free game assets (Defeats the purpose in the game assets store and freelance work!) but for tutorials it would be good to know what people want to learn and how complex/simple you'd like the tutorials on our site to be.
