Unable to connect to Gamesalad.com?

I need some help here. My Gamesalad is not working as it should be. I cannot log-in my account in the Gamesalad Creator. But when im using my account with gamesalad website and forums, its very smooth and fast. I've tried every possible solutions like restarting of computers, modems, and other devices because i thought the problem might be with my devices. But still the error persist. I always get "Unable to connect to gamesalad.com" in red. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling my Gamesalad creator. Still nothing happened. My Gamesalad Creator is the Beta v. 0.10.00 with a Basic License. Im using Windows 7 Ultimate. Please i need this. My future rests on it. because were going to use it for our thesis project. PLease...

    Perhaps a firewall issue is stopping GS connecting to the outside world?

    i already changed my firewall settings but still it doesn't connect..what should i do sir?

    Are you on your own computer or a company/school machine?
    Is the computer on a large network? Your own network?
