Audio breaks up with iphone 5 speakers, but sounds great with headphones.

My app has up to 5 tracks of audio that upon user selection play simultaneously. They are WAV files loaded as Sounds. They sound great on an iphone with headphones, but the when played on the iphone speakers, they break up; i.e.; distortion, some tracks overpower others, etc. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like you're clipping the audio levels. A rule for say TV levels is to peak at -6db. You levels should never be over 0db for something like iphone speaker.
