Where is the viewer?

When I give download viewer from the page of GS always download the 0.10.1 version, where is the viewer for version 0.10.3

ok solved, if you downloaded from the link on the forum is going to download the 0.10.1 version instead if going to the main page of GS will download the version 0.10.3, please fix
