how do i post a image?

i uploaded my image to posting.org and i get many links, like this

i still dont get it, i replaced the URL with the link and deleted the $ and nothing.

Take a look at your post, the image tags are screwed up, you have a square bracket (like this ] ) where you should have a quote mark (like this " ).
