lags on iphone 5 and ipad 2

i finished my app and i try it with ad hoc but every time when i do something in the game all the app getting lags!! in iPhone 5 u can't see it much but in iPad 2 all game stuck for like 2 sec
plzzz heeelllpp!! how do i fix it???
BTW all my app is 32.4MB
