iPhone 4S adhoc won't install

Anyone else having issues with adhocs on iPhone 4S. Installs fine on my iPod 5.

    Yes, same thing. My adhoc installed on my first gen iPad but wouldn't install on my iPhone 4s. It also replaced my GS Viewer that I had on my iPad.

    In this instance it craps out right as the installer is finishing. The progress bar is about 98% then the game title replaces the bar and appears under the icon and bam! Failed to install.

    4S and OSX are all up to date.
