How do i attach a attribute to an actor?

Wondering if this idea is possible...
(Actors- Spawner, GoodGuy, BadGuy.
Attributes- GoodGuyNumber, BadGuyNumber.)
Spawner needs to spawn a "BadGuy" With a random "BadGuyNumber". How do i set the random "BadGuyNumber" to 1st spawned "BadGuy" but the 2nd spawned "BadGuy" will have a different "BadGuyNumber"?
If "GoodGuy's" "GoodGuyNumber" => "BadGuy's" "BadGuyNumber" destroy that one "BadGuy".
There are going to be like 3 or 4 "BadGuys" on the scene if possible.
