Hey guys

I have followed the in-app purchase tutorials and vids but cant seem to get it working. In i-tunes connect under my in-app purchase there is a yellow note at the top saying:

"This In-App Purchase is not currently available for testing in the sandbox environment because you have chosen to host your content with Apple, but have not delivered your content. Upload your content to test this In-App Purchase in sandbox."

Does this essentially mean i have to upload my binary before i can test the IAP?

Don't host our content with Apple. Your extra content will be in the app itself - just unlocked after they purchase.

The status now says ready to submit. Should this work now/in a few hours?

Now i am getting "Cannot connect to itunes store", when trying from adhoc. Logged int as a test user as well.

Are you logging in the test account in the device setting or when you make the purchase in app and it asks for a log in? BTW have you taken any time to read the iTunes connect developer guide section on IAP? You can take a few minutes to read it over or keep wasting more hours screwing with guessing.

Yep read the guidelines and followed . I have not logged into test account since assumed it should pop up asking for log-in. Just get the "cannot connect to iTunes es store" and goes to IAP error screen.

Yep that's how it should work. Not sure why you can't connect.

Hmmm......still happening. Does anyone else know why this might be happening. Dont want to have to submit without checking the IAP properly.

I just made a video series on IAP from start to testing should be done editing it in a few hours

Well figured this out in the end. I had no version number in the gamesalad publishing page. After putting this in , and installing new version it worked
