Android version 2 publishing problem

Hi,

I'm having trouble, i can't install my signed apk file on a Samsung Galaxy S1 with Android version 2 installed (Kernel v2.6)
How can i publish my game for all Android versions?

I can install this apk without any problems on a Galaxy Note with Android version 4.
