Refund--MAS

I had an old lady accidentally buy one of my Mac App Store applications, she meant to buy the iTunes version so her granddaughter can play it on her iPod. How can i refund her the money? I got lost in the maze on apple.com while looking for the solution. Does anyone have any ideas?????

I don't think you can within Apple's ecosystem... Maybe you can send a digitial iTunes giftcard with the credit equal to the cost of your app?

No she needs to contact apple and get a refund. You have nothing to do with it. Do not paypal a random person anything. come on use some sense guys. how they hell can she prove she bought your app? you don't get an email list of customers. you have no record of a sale to them. thats whats great about the app store. you are removed from the transaction and apple has to deal with them. Don't let some one scam you. Use your brains guys

Certainly sounds very "scammey" to me. Imagine sending out a bulk email to a huge list of developers with the same story and a lot of them thought the way you did and just payed them. Not a bad little cash making scheme huh? With all the crap that goes on the net I wouldn't be surprised. Let apple deal with it.
