How long should an app update be "in review" status for?

I submitted an update for my app that only enabled playhaven ads and my app has been in the "in review" status for over 48 hours.

I'm not talking about the whole review process including "waiting for review" just the "in review" stage.

Is it normal for app updates with only a minor addition to be "in review" for over 48 hours?

    I think so, although I've yet to go through it myself (late this month!!)

    http://reviewtimes.shinydevelopment.com says 5 days at the moment

    That 5 days is for the whole review process. I'm only talking about the "in review" status. My game was "waiting for review" 4 days and now it has been "in review" for over 2 days

    Ah ok, sorry. I guess either they are all very busy with iOS7 tests/beta, or is there anything in your app you reckon *might* be an issue?

    i noticed on that chart no one has submitted their review length for 5 days, interesting. Since each day multiple review results are usually submitted.

    They must be tied up with something if it has slowed down that much.

    don't count weekend days, they don't work weekends.

    Wow, my update just got approved haha, funny how these things happen.

    @jonmulcahy I have read they do work on weekends but can't provide a source sorry. Seeing as it is Sunday where I live they must do a little work.

    They probably have reduced staff :).

    Apple works over the weekend, Almost all my apps was approved on weekends.

    mine was waiting for review for 2 weeks. then switch to in review for 5 mins only to be rejected do to some glitch that i cant reproduce.
