I'm not too bad with tiles actually, I've been doing pixel art for a long time, I actually made a custom mario themed tileset recently:

Now if you're looking for an isometric tileset, I don't know if I can help you with that. And I might be able to make you some characters too, but it's no guarantee. It depends on what you're looking for. And don't worry about money, I'll do it for free, I do this stuff for fun anyways.
