The Cannon Template?

Hey everyone, I've added this template to make my actor shoot out of the cannon but no matter what I do or change I can't seem to add anymore power to the shot is the ball only affected by the scene's gravity so I should lower the gravity and just give my actor a rule for gravity or?

Gamesalad Cannon Physics template---than this is how you 'achieve' power ....Calculate the power of the fired cannonball using time as the counter relative to the start time. i.e. how long you hold mouse down
