Countdown Script, Looking For Milliseconds Also

Hey gents, I have a countdown script that I found in one of the sample tutorial files and I would like to add milliseconds to it. The code is below. I tried a few different things but don't really understand how the code works.

    Would the attached demo help (particularly the stopwatch actor)?
