the value for key cfbundleversion 1.20 is invalid

hello all i keep getting this error when i try to submit my newer update i went from the original 1.0 to 1.20 and from there on i keep getting this error i tried 1.21 1.30 ive even tried 3.0 and it will not take my update! somebody please help me!
