Platform Game Level Menus

I am new to Game Salad and I recently download the Platform Starter with Menu from the Marketplace (http://marketplace.gamesalad.com/#query=platform&product=12731). I have tried and cannot figure out how to progress to new levels from the menu after level 2. I have followed the instructions as best as I can figure them out - but it still is not working. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks!

Do you mean unlocking the next level?
I can help with that, otherwise I would recommend contacting the seller of the template directly.

Yes that's exactly the problem I'm having. After completing the second level, I have no idea how to get it to unlock level three. Any help you can give me would be sincerely appreciated. Can I just email you my project?
