Mac App Signing Problem

I'm trying to publish a Mac build and upon signing I am getting the following message;

Code Signing Error 1:codesign_allocate: object: /private/var/folders/zw/m91l8d6s3plgbn6079cknhj40000gn/T/GameSalad0/7/LAD.app/Contents/MacOS/LAD malformed object (unknown load command 33)
/var/folders/zw/m91l8d6s3plgbn6079cknhj40000gn/T/GameSalad0/7/LAD.app: object file format unrecognized, invalid, or unsuitable

It seems there is something wrong with the .app file!

I have completely removed all certificates and files, redone all of that to eliminate anything from that end.

Any ideas? This was on nightly 0.46 but I also got the same when I tried with 10.3

    @BlackCloakGS I have now updated to 4.6.3 and get;

    Code Signing Error 1:codesign_allocate: object: /private/var/folders/zw/m91l8d6s3plgbn6079cknhj40000gn/T/GameSalad0/4/LAD.app/Contents/MacOS/LAD malformed object (unknown load command 34)
    /var/folders/zw/m91l8d6s3plgbn6079cknhj40000gn/T/GameSalad0/4/LAD.app: object file format unrecognized, invalid, or unsuitable

    Which I think is the same error from above :(

    @BlackCloakGS have just tried again with 10.3 (the only 'stable' build I have) and still the same! D'oh!

    @BlackCloakGS ... You'll be pleased to hear I fixed it :D

    The problem was that I never had the command line tools installed. I opened Xcode, went to preferences > downloads > install command line tools from there :)

    Soo happy!
