Andriod viewer - Update your GameSalad error

Howdy all,
I'm attempting to get my Android viewer working. It was working several month ago, so I know it worked once upon a time.
I'm using a Mac, I have followed the cookbook setup and installed the latest viewer on my device, GameSalad currently offers the device for preview of the build...however, when it attempts to push the build to the device I get a message saying that I don't have the latest version of GameSalad installed and that I should update.
Now I have confirmed that I am using GameSalad version 10.3...so that message is likely incorrect.
Is the most recent Android viewer out of date? It seems to be for version 10.1 based on its name.
Is anyone else having issues like this? And, is there anyone using GameSalad 10.3 that is successfully using the current Android viewer to preview their games?
