My sound code can not work in android

in iPhone and Android Publishing
My app contains the sound code ( it is wave file, and the frequency is around 17 Khz ) , it works @ iPad very well, but it can not work in S3 and Samsung note after direct to changed from iOS to android. many thks if someone can help.
