Best Place to get a Used Macbook Pro?

My old white macbook went kaput so I have been searching like nuts for a Quad Core MBP for gaming. I am on a tight budget of $870. Ebay tends to go over that. Does anybody know of any good sites? (Also craigslist has nothing good)

    Unless you are going to get a refurbished machine from a online reseller, or find a reseller that refurbishes used machines like http://macenthusiasts.com , Ebay and Cragslist are your best bet. You just have to keep checking for listings.

    As far as being a gaming machine, if your focus is gaming only why not consider a PC laptop? Cheaper, way more of them for used on the cheap with more gaming-focused hardware. If you are wanting the Mac platform for things other than gaming, keep doing what you're doing.

    I have had good luck with Craigslist. A lot of Apple users upgrade every year or two and keep their computers in good shape, at least what I have seen.

    I need a mac to develop apps, I already have a gaming PC but sometimes you just wanna lay in bed and play minecraft :P

    Craigslist definitely, a lot cheaper prices and you can get something really nice for cheap.
