Correct way to invoke a Google Map location page

After purchasing a template from a person purely because this is one feature I was after, I have received ZERO support from them regarding the way to create a URL to show a google map showing the location as it does in the template.

While I'm angry at the template provider and would in no way recommend them to anyone I and am trying to source the best way to do this. It would need to open in the embedded browser and the location marker at my selected location. Any other features would be handy - such as directions or information box overlay.

I've seen a few of the users here doing this. Can anyone help. I just need the process of sorting out the URL.

    What's the name of the template? Could you send a link(where you bought the template)

    No, i don't mean like that. I want to see the template(not the code) because I've never heard of it before. But do you have a link? and no, It's not about name and shame.
