Five months without payment?!
Five months have passed since I started working with playheaven and never received the first payment .. It really sucks!
Can someone explain to me when I get the money?

90,000 downloads..
So how do I know if I had enough clicks?
I can see it's not as transparent as you would have thought.

I'm talking about the Monthly Playhaven report it says this within.
"Dear GameSalad Pro Member,
Attached is your report for PlayHaven Commission (Revenue) earned through March 2013. In viewing the report, you will notice both revenue earned and paid. According to our terms of service, you need a balance of $10.00 USD to receive payment, although we did make exceptions for that early on.
Also if you see partial payments for a month, it’s because we sometimes get updated reports from PlayHaven with additional revenue as they close out their books."
90,000 downloads to my game, So you're saying I didn't pass the limit of the $ 10 ?

I wonder if this is true. If so I am pulling the playhaven adds out my latest game.
No use bothering players for a lousy few bucks.

And sorry I'm not buying the "but the deal we made with Playhaven and the way we implemented it's use doesn't allow for this."
Here's an idea, when you're bringing them so much business, have a spine and negotiate a better deal that benefits your PAYING customers and NOT Playhaven.
or do you mean something else by metrics

and I love gamesalad !
Please do something @SaladStraightShooter
It's not hard to dump some raw data into excel and do some really simple reporting for pro members, the lack of reporting might not only lead to a feeling of being cheated or confusion but also room to make mistakes without oversight by the GS team. Reminds me of when we found out they were using Flurry all this time but never mentioned it or allowed the paid community to utilize it as well.
Corona seems more focused on making a tool for professionals similar to Unreal or Unity where as Gamesalad is more of a hobby toy. I love the functionality but as it stands its more for people who just want to tinker.
Surely playhaven could be re integrated to allow access as individuals. Then any payment issues and you go direct to playhaven, not gamesalad.
