Adjusting project for Iphone 5 optimization

Ok well here we go. So, I started my game way back in spring of last year before iPhone 5 dropped. I was still pretty much new to the whole mobile world as well, so I have a few issues from the start. I have a 99% complete game that I am going to be submitting (iOS) VERY soon.
After posting in the Apple developer forums, the consensus was to just submit it how it is, and if it's rejected, at least I'll know for sure before doing all of the work to change it. (referring to letter boxing)
Here's how my project is setup.
Each scene is 960x640 in size and camera size. (That's how I thought It was done, and that's how I did it-There's about 90 of them.)
Each scene is a full background at 960x640 pixels and that aspect ratio cannot be changed or it will look horrible.
Some scenes have 20-30 actors, so we are talking a lot of things to edit.A LOT.
What I would like to do is resize the scenes to 1136x640 and BATCH move everything over +88 to keep it all centered and then drop a frame around the outside. I own the DBA toolset and they have been hugely helpful for many things, but not sure if they can help here...
Is there a way to do this without manually going into every single actor and adding to the x position?
And if this proves to be too much if a hassle, I will most likely add some type of secondary HUD to the extra pixels.
Maybe I am going about fixing this all wrong?
I'm pretty much stuck with what I have and I need some help figuring out the best way to make it work on the 5.
What do you think people?
Thanks everyone!
@BlackCloakGS is this something I could pay GS to help with? (is there some super secret in-house tool for this type of editing?)
*wishful thinking....

Serious, you can open the XML files and fiddle around with the x values there. You can do a search and replace on these values probably. Game Salad does not recommend this though.
I did this sometimes in the past and got strange bugs which might have to do with this (not sure). So there is a secret way but be very carefull. Use a BACKUP file to say the least and test afterwards.
edit: I'll probably get spanked by someone from GS now...
