Can I Cut Off GameSalad Links for GS Arcade Embed?

Hi all,
I want to know if it is anyway legal to cut off the the black bar at the bottom in the gamesalad arcade embed ( The one with the facebook like button, settings, and a link to the gamesalad website ). I am wondering if using a static height on my website will be legal. Any feedback will be great!
