Resized Then Universal Build (Help)

Hello, I used DBA's Quick Resize tool to go from iPhone Legacy to iPad. The problem I have is I want the whole screen to be filled. Would there be any way to do this without manually resizing the 35 scenes? This would be a universal app for iPad, iPhone Legacy & 5.
