Gamesalad Viewer on iPhone Vs. testing on the computer / Slower or more accurate?

I noticed when testing my app in the iPhone GSViewer an actor that follows touch, at a defined speed, is a lot slower/more laggy. It's movement is smooth but it does not keep up with my finger.
However when I use the desktop viewer the speed used is more than enough to keep the touch instant no matter how fast I move my mouse.
My guess is that the final version of my app once published will be more like the viewer on my iPhone rather than my computer. I'm not really sure how the iPhone viewer compiles through the wifi network vs how the computer runs the app. Which is more like the final result?
Is the iPhone GSViewer being slow, maybe because it's running through wifi... and my computer is showing it more accurately?
Or is the iPhone viewer more accurate... and my computer is making easy work of the app, displaying desired results I won't get when published?

Your computer runs it as a computer with resources much greater than a mobile device
