Technical help please

Hey my first app has been accepted and published by Apple :-)
However, I have now discovered a bug that I don't know how to cure. The app is like an alphabet book for little ones. If they play with it and get to say G for Gorilla and then leave the app, the next time they open it it starts where they left off. I'd like it to begin at the beginning each time. How do I do that please?

I think that's a function of Apple and GS, not a bug on your part, it goes into sleep mode and continues where it left off, part of apple's multitasking implementation.

to get around it you could track the current time against something and then if it has been more than a minute which it would be if it went into sleep mode, then restart the game. something like that anyways.
